Stir Fried Beef and Peppers

Serves 4


1 tablespoon fresh ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 pouch Savory Choice
12 oz lean beef tenderloin thinly sliced across the grain
1-1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoon peanut oil
1 red bell pepper
8 oz. green snow peas


Combine ginger, soy sauce and Savory Choice Beef Broth Concentrate in a medium bowl. Add beef and stir to coat well. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water and set aside. Heat oil over high heat in a wok or large skillet. Swirl oil to coat pan. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3 minutes. Add peppers and peas and continue to stir fry for an additional 2 minutes. Add cornstarch mixture to pan and stir until sauce boils and thickens slightly. Serve with steamed rice.
