Savory Roasted Chicken

Serves 4 to 6


1 whole chicken (4-5 lbs.)
1 pouch Savory Choice Chicken Broth Concentrate
½ cup water or white wine


Preheat oven to 425°. Dilute the Chicken Broth Concentrate with ½ cup of water or wine. Using a poultry/meat injector, inject the mixture evenly into each breast and leg. Season with salt & pepper.
Bake chicken for 30 minutes. Reduce temperature to 375° and bake an additional 45 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand for 5 minutes. Carve and serve.
