Herb Butter


This recipe is for Blanched Vegetables, Grilled Vegetables, Grilled Fish, Roasted or Grilled Chicken, Fresh Pasta. Can be stored in the freezer for months.


2 lbs of butter, soften
2 T garlic, finely minced
1 shallot, finely chopped
2 pouches Savory Choice
1/2 cup of basil leaves chopped
2 T chopped sage leaves
2 T chopped thyme leaves
1 T black pepper, ground


Place all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and purée until well blended. Scrape the sides to insure all of the ingredients are mixed together.

Place in a freezer approved container.
