Asian Noodle Stew

Serves 4

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion sliced
1 lb. lean beef stir fry meat
1 portobello mushroom cap, cleaned and cut into 1" strips
1/2 cup water
1 pouch Savory Choice Beef Flavor Broth Concentrate
2 – 7 oz packages cooked udon noodles, drained
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 tablespoon wasabi paste
salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

Melt butter in a medium sauté pan over medium high heat. Add meat and onions and sauté for five minutes or until onions are tender. Lower heat to medium, and add portobello slices and ginger. Add Beef Demi, water and wasabi. Reduce for several minutes and then stir in udon noodles. Add salt and pepper to taste.
