Perfect for sauce for over pasta, roasted chicken, and even over rice!
1 oz. dried porcini mushrooms, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, minced
1 T butter
1 t chopped parsley
2 T white wine
2 pouches Savory Choice Chicken Broth Concentrate
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Black pepper to taste
2 T parmesan cheese
In a medium sized sauce pan, add the mushrooms, white wine, Savory Choice Stick Pouches and the cream. Bring to a boil and quickly remove from heat, reserve. In another medium sized sauce pan, sauté the onions and garlic in butter for two to three minutes. Add the mushroom and cream mixture. Simmer for 20 minutes, season with black pepper and stir in the parmesan cheese.
